EIS provides personnel to clients using several methods

Contract

Services are provided for varying lengths of time determined by the needs of the client for the particular project.

Permanent

Placements are provided for a fee paid by the client company, usually based on the salary of the placed employee.

Contract-to-permanent

A special arrangement in which the individual works on a contract basis for a period of time and then may or may not be invited to become a permanent employee. Specifics are negotiated for each situation.

Exclusive Search

An arrangement in which EIS exclusively is asked to provide a candidate, usually for a high-level position.

Contingency Search

A situation in which EIS is paid only when the candidate accepts the offered position and reports for work.

Retained Search
